Welcome to Reflexology by Daniela; Complementary Therapies for health, relaxation and renewal.

I offer a range of different treatments, including: Foot and hand reflexology, facial reflexology, Zone Face Lift, spinal reflexology and Indian head massage.

My name is Daniela

I am a great believer in nature’s remedies and have always sought alternative ways to healing. I provide a deeper, intuitive reflexology treatment for your body, mind and soul, offering a choice of traditional foot and hand reflexology, along with facial reflexology, Bergman method and Indian Head Massage treatments.

I have a level 3 ITEC diploma from the highly acclaimed London School of Reflexology and am a fully insured member of the Association of Reflexologists. 

I grew up with a mum who was always very loving and caring, massaging my head and entire body to help me feel balanced. She taught me how important, comforting and healing the human touch is and how it can make you feel, inside and out. She is my inspiration and the reason I became a Reflexologist. The more I learn about our body, the more I am fascinated by its complex back-up mechanisms and abilities to self-healing.

My treatments are intuitive, treating your body, mind and soul. They always include some Spinal Reflexology work, a unique and effective way to approach helping change and reduce symptom patterns.

My treatment room offers you a calm oasis, a dedicated space away from the busy hustle and bustle of London life.

Treatments

My reflexology and Zone Face Lift treatments last either 60 or 90 minutes and include a full consultation, with lifestyle recommendations to help you in between treatments. I also offer a 60-minute Indian Head Massage.

Foot & Hand Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient, non-invasive therapy based on the simplistic idea of pressure and touch.

This treatment offers countless benefits from stress and pain relief, deep relaxation, detoxification along with boosting the metabolism, blood and energy circulation and brings about a sense of physical, emotional and psychological well-being.

Reflexology helps to encourage the body’s own self-healing mechanisms. Reflexologists believe that the sole of a foot or the palm of a hand are little maps of our body. Certain parts, called reflexes, correspond with body organs, body parts, muscles, bones and other structures.

Facial Reflexology & Zone Face Lift

I use the Bergman Method. This particular method is based on Modern Reflexology, using the system of 10 longitudinal zones.

This unique therapy not only offers improvement in your overall health and well-being but is very effective for conditions such as migraines, Bells Palsy, Sinus condition and bruxism.

Using the full range of Zone Face Lift products, my facial reflexology treatments can also improve the skins condition, helping you to look vibrant, fresh, young and glowing.

Spinal Reflexology

A unique and effective way to approach helping change and reduce symptom patterns. The Spinal reflexes represent our spine, our central nervous system as well as the whole body through spinal nerve roots. These nerve roots in between our vertebrae send out nerve branches to innervate the organs, glands and areas of the body.

This deep technique is designed to stimulate neural pathways to respective parts of the body in order to effectively help you obtain optimal health.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage has its origins in India and dates back 600BC. In the West, it has become a very popular complementary therapy.

It has many physiological and emotional benefits and is a very caring treatment that offers: Improved muscle tension in face, neck, shoulder, back and upper arms, helps mobility of these areas, improves joint mobility, encourages a sense of well-being, promotes deep relaxation, improves hair loss, thinning and alopecia, improves lymphatic system and much more.

Book 6 treatments and receive your first treatment and consultation for free - when paid for in advance. Treatments are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

I tailor treatments to client's individual needs. There is a possibility to combine treatments to individual preferences, e.g. Facial and Foot Reflexology during one session or Indian Head Massage and Facial Reflexology.

It is also possible to do 30 minute treatments for half price, if needed.

Payment is by cash or bank transfer. I will be taking payments by card in the near future.

My treatment room is located in my family home in Hampstead, a 15-minute walk from the Golders Green underground station and easily accessible from Central London and surrounding areas.

Please note, I do have a number of steps to get to my treatment room. If you are unable to come to my treatment room, I can provide some treatments in the comfort of your home within a 2-mile distance of Golders Green and Hampstead areas.
